Welcome to Workwear Company. By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent and efficient partnership for all corporate merchandise needs.

1. Nature of Service
Workwear Company operates purely as a B2B Corporate Merchandise Partner. Our platform facilitates lead generation and sales for corporate clients through our internal team and a network of authorized third-party resellers.
2. Enquiry and Consultation
- 48-Hour Response: Our sales team or authorized partners aim to contact you within 48 hours of receiving an enquiry to discuss your brief requirements
- Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements via the enquiry form to ensure the best pricing and sampling results.
3. The "Sample-First" Finalization Process
To reduce client stress and ensure 100% satisfaction, we follow a strict sampling process:
- Selection: Clients brief their needs; we provide product options.
- Sampling: Physical or digital samples/images are provided for approval against invoice.
- Finalization: Production or supply will begins after the client has approval of sample, pricing,quantity and advance payments.
- Conclusion: Because the client has full control during the sampling and negotiation phase, all final delivered goods are deemed accepted.
4. Warranty & Quality Assurance
We stand by our “Quality, Quantity, and Pricing” promise with the following specific guarantees:
- Workwear Company Goods: * Footwear: 90-day warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects.
- Apparels: Guaranteed color fastness for up to 10 washes (following standard wash-care instructions).
- Workmanship: Any genuine workmanship defects will be exchanged, provided the claim is made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Third-Party Branded Merchandise: * For co-branded known brands merchandise, the warranty is at the sole discretion of the respective brand as per their policy
- The Buyer must contact the respective brand directly for any warranty claims or after-sales support. Workwear Company does not provide an independent warranty for third-party products.
5. Limitation of Liability
- No Monetary Liability: As all orders are finalized after sampling and negotiation, Workwear Company is not liable to pay, and does not assume total liability for, any financial claims, penalties, or damages arising out of an order—whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Scope of Remedy: Our liability is strictly limited to the exchange of goods found to have genuine manufacturing defects in Workwear Company products.
- Indirect Losses: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of business or brand reputation, resulting from product use or delivery delays.
6. Role of Third-Party Resellers
- To provide seamless service across all major cities in India, Workwear Company may share your enquiry details with authorized third-party resellers.
- These resellers provide sales and after-sales support. While we maintain quality standards, the final contract of sale exists between the client and the fulfilling entity (Workwear Company or the assigned Reseller).
7. Payments and Customization
- Orders: Production or supply of goods begins only upon receipt of a confirmed Purchase Order (PO) and the agreed-upon 100% advance payment or mutually agreed terms.
- Cancellations: Since products are co-branded/customized, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
8. Intellectual Property
“By providing us with logos or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to them. Workwear Company will not be responsible for any legal issues or copyright claims related to the designs you provide.”
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon.
